Returns
- Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items returned after the return window has expired.
- Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or exchange subject to product availability.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
